Sony has dropped a mysterious teaser trailer on the official PlayStation Youtube channel, suggesting that they have something special to reveal at next weeks GamesCom expo in Cologne, Germany.

The 10 second clip features some pretty snowflakes and cracking ice with a bit of blood splatter for good measure. The attentive folk over at NeoGAF seem rather convinced that the teaser suggests Sony will be finally showing off some more of Until Dawn, the horror-themed adventure game from first party PlayStation studio Supermassive Games, and we're inclined to second that guess.

GamesCom 2014 kicks off on August 13th 2014, which will be next Thursday for those of us on the early side of the dateline.
