The make-a-game-mode editor that has been available on PC for a little while now is finally available for Overwatch players on PS4 and Xbox One. Called Overwatch Workshop it allows players to create their own custom games with scripts and the ability to fine tune and tweak numerous settings. Detailed stuff that has already seen fan-made racing games and beat-em-ups ala Super Smash Bros pop up.

Here's a look at the announcement with Blizzard showcasing some of the standout PC creations.



There's a bit of a learning curve to the Overwatch Workshop, but the tool-set is quite easy to come to grips with as it mostly deals with simple logic events and scripts. For a quick rundown on how it works and how to get creating - head here.

The best part is that sharing creations is easy as each custom game is assigned its own code.
