The latest Seasonal Event for Overwatch ditches any real world celebration or holiday in favour of an actual in-universe event that takes a look at an incident that occurred seven years prior to everyone deciding that pushing payloads and capturing control points was the only way to live. Called Overwatch Uprising the new brawl brings the game's second ever PvE mode, as players take on the roles of Tracer, Torbjörn, Reinhardt, and Mercy ton the streets of King’s Row.

Now, the first Halloween-themed PvE event for Overwatch was a pretty rudimentary horde mode, with players remaining stationary as they fought off waves of, err, Zomnics. It was fun and a great way for Blizzard to test the waters with something different for Overwatch. So even though this may feature the same goal of fighting waves of Omnics, it looks like it''l be using a lot more of the map, and even feature some objective-based stuff too.

Check it out.

Naturally, as a seasonal event there's a bunch of new loot to be had including a new batch of awesome looking skins and sprays. The event is live right now too, and will be playable until May 2.
