With the Overwatch Contenders Australia Season 3 Grand Final held this weekend at ESL Studios in Sydney, the Sydney Drop Bears once again took the crown.

In a decisive 4-1 victory over ORDER. What was especially interesting about the victory is that due to their success, the Drop Bears has lost a number of players and talent to overseas teams including Kelsey “Colourhex” Birse recently joining the Boston Uprising Overwatch League team to compete, as they say, in the big leagues. Proving that Overwatch Contenders could live up to its promise, even in Australia.
