We're mere weeks away from the anticipated release of No Man's Sky. You know it by now, it's the game that features a gazillion planets, galaxies and such to explore and do stuff. In terms of gameplay developer Hello Games has stated that the four pillars to the No Man's Sky experience are Explore, Fight, Trade, and Survive. And they've created a few trailers to showcase each aspect of the game.

Perhaps the biggest part of the game, Explore more than lives up to its namesake with an endless number of planets and stars to visit.

Next up is Fight, which should need no introduction. But here's one anyway. No Man's Sky will feature combat, both in space and on a planet's surface.

Trade plays an important role in No Man's Sky as you can scour planetary surfaces for rare materials and then buy and sell upgrades to your ship and more.

Which brings us to Survive, the fourth pillar that's all about not dying on a hostile planet where radiation, toxic fumes, heat, and more are all out to get you.

No Man's Sky is out August 10 on PS4 and August 12 on PC.
