For PC and console, Hello Games' impressive No Man’s Sky is headed to Xbox Game Pass. No specific date was given other than the June window but this is a major coup for Microsoft's subscription platform - and another feather in the already feather-stacked cap that is the Xbox Game Pass library.
Since it's original launch No Man's Sky has gone from strength to strength with last year's Beyond update fostering the multiplayer and co-op side of the galaxy hopping experience. The trailer above, from August of last year, showcases exactly that. In 2020, the Living Ship update in February and the Exo-Mech update in April have seen the free updates flow, with more expected in the months to come.
A staggering achievement in terms of scope No Man's Sky also looks gorgeous running on Xbox One X hardware - with visuals enhanced for 4K HDR. No doubt this will open up the game to a wider audience across PC and Xbox One, and on that note we can't wait to jump back in and find a new planet to call home.
