Which is, well, impressive. And proof that the Nintendo Switch is well on its way to becoming a massive success in the U.S. with now over two million units sold in the country. The sales numbers though include all Nintendo system sold for the month, including initial sales for the SNES Mini.
To date the Nintendo Switch has been the top selling console for five out of the seven months that it has been available. Which has also meant that availability has been limited with shortages still being reported in some regions.
As the console enters its first holiday season with the release of Super Mario Odyssey next week, we wouldn't be surprised if it ends up becoming the highest selling home console for the busy sales period.
