EA Sports' NHL 14 has been given a September 10th North American release date, and a debut trailer, offering the first look at this year's hockey offering in action.

EA Canada are reportedly making use of FIFA's Player Impact Engine, as well as Fight Night's Enforcer Engine this time around, which may explain why the video contains more melee action than puck handling, backed by a rowdy Dropkick Murpheys song. Check it out below.
