Looks cool, but just don't know. Parkour with a free hand and another carrying a weapon?

Would it have been even better if the weapon was quickly holsted while do some moves then unholsted instantly once hands are free?

Yeah always having a gun in 1 hand doesn't look very agility friendly. Some moves sure, like jumping over a barrier but others just look flat out wrong. Still though, having a mirror's edge style parkour system seems like a pretty cool idea to me and glad I picked this up when it first came on pre-order for like $45 instead of the 90 they want now on steam lol.

I thought the reason for having gun out was because you can shoot as well. And it is possible to do it one handed. All they are really doing is vaults and slides. Doesn't look THAT unnatural, actually looks more engaging with a gun in the hand. Oh and putting it away then bringing it back out would cause a lot of trouble in fire fights, where you want your gun out as much as possible. Holstering then unholstering is valuable time!

Friend told me to check out this Brink game. Looks like TF2 but they took out the fun and it made it uncomfortably serious?

Thermite, it's a mix between TF2 and Mirrors Edge, with more emphasis on team play and objectives. Looks damn fun, and gonna tide me over till BF3. When I'm allowed to host the game, I'll give out details for my server so all us aussies can get some good fps action.

yeah this looks good, if the objective gameplay stuff is executed as well as ET was i'll be pretty happy. going to wait on a few reviews though i think. unfortunately, i'll be playing on the 360, as i don't have a PC.
