Electronic Arts has revealed through their official Twitter the release date for long-running sports series NBA Live, dating the title for November 19th on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in North America.

Prior to the confirmation EA had previously stated the sports game would be making its debut within the "launch window" of the next-gen consoles, putting it somewhere before the end of 2013. The official US date presumably indicates that the game will be available in Australia in time for both the Xbox One's November 22nd release and the PlayStation 4 on November 29.

EA Sports has also released the first NBA Live 14 gameplay screenshot, featuring cover athlete Kyrie Irving which you can check out below.

NBA Live 14 will be the first new title in the long-running basketball sim series since 2009, following several years of delays and cancellations of games since NBA Live 10.
