And as a surprise that really isn't all that much of a surprise, it won't be headed to PC. Coming out March for PS4 and Xbox One, Mortal Kombat XL is essentially 2015's Mortal Kombat X where the L stands for "plus aLL previousLy reLeased additionaL content incLuding the yet-to-be-reLeased ALien versus Predator themed Kombat Pack 2." As to why this isn't getting a PC release, there's been talk of less than stellar PC sales, but there's also the more accurate talk about the barely functioning and poor performance that has plagued more than one Warner Bros' PC title released in 2015.

Which is a shame, because the publisher (on consoles at least) has been releasing some pretty impressive games of late. Here's a trailer for the new Mortal Kombat XL, which is still hands down one of the most violent videogames ever made.

Simply piss weak from Netherrealm.
They suck in their Pc community for a year and then they don't finish off the entire dlc season?
Probably has to do a lot with high voltage getting kicked off the team after they made a garbage game to start off with.

Kinda over them throwing random scary movie characters into the game as characters though. The second pack of characters is a Xenomorph, and Leatherface from Texas Chainsaw Massacre, along with Sektor/Cyrax and Bo Rai Cho. I would have preferred just more MK characters though instead of the gimmicky movie tie-ins.
