In terms of speed watching Insurgency: Sandstorm and initial impressions from playing definitely give off a Battlefield 2 vibe. With a focus of tactics, co-op, and teamwork. Launching next week, ahead of release an Open Beta is taking place this weekend to give everyone a chance to hop in and check it out.

And to give you a taste here's a new Gameplay Overview Trailer, narrated by developer New World Interactive’s lead game designer Michael Tsarouhas - going through all of the game modes.



It looks very good too, and the addition of straight up co-op is a nice touch - something that more shooter should do. Objective based modes similar to the PvP stuff.
