If the concept of a Dynasty Warriors game licensing characters from The Legend of Zelda wasn't already strange enough, one of those playable characters is going to be Midna, the shadowy little imp-like creature from the Twilight Realm in 2006's The Legend of Zelda: The Twilight Princess.

In addition to the giant hand from the head move and various other shadowy tentacle appendages, Midna can also rock around on Link's wolf form while laying waste to the game's obligatory hordes of opponents.

Hyrule Warriors is due exclusively on Wii U in Australia on September 20th, about a month after the game's local Japanese launch.
