With one aimed directly at Sony, and the other hinting at a possible release date and console name. These come from the
Project Scorpio teasers from the other day that carried the tagline Feel True Power, a reference to the extra-dimensional travel and quantum entertainment capabilities of Microsoft's new Xbox. At least that's the takeaway.
The first hidden message, which can be seen below is based on the appearance of "6>4" on a tent next to a Ferris Wheel. As per what we know about Project Scorpio in comparison to the PS4 Pro this is most likely a reference to the Scorpio's 6 Teraflops of Teraflop-ness compared to the PS4 Pro's paltry 4 Teraflops. Which probably classifies as a straight up diss if we knew what a Teraflop was.
Or it could be a factual representation of the order of numbers.
The second hidden message sits in a sea of people we assume are clamouring for their chance to go hands-on with the Scorpio and become part of the Singularity: Master Chief Collection. The message, which reads "X10S101317" could very well contain a release date of October 13, 2017 -- which falls on a Friday. Also it could be hinting at a weird name for the Xbox console, the Xbox Ten S or Xbox One Zero S. But that's probably a reach.
Or, it could be Phil Spencer's Xbox account password.
Anyway, what were once
cool abstract teasers, are now gateways to the land of answers. Which we'll know in a few days time.
