Microsoft Flight Simulator is one of the most ambitious and visually impressive titles to hit PC hardware over the past decade. With its accurate recreation of the entire planet it's a stunning technical achievement that also pushes gaming hardware to the absolute limit. As part of a recent development update, Asbo has confirmed that NVIDIA DLSS support is coming as part of the July update.
With AMD FSR 1.0 support to boot - though on that front the more impressive FSR 2.0 will arrive sometime down the road. The announcement came as part of a
YouTube Q&A Session.
NVIDIA DLSS, which is AI-based up-scaling that takes full advantage of GeForce RTX hardware, has the ability to offer up a massive boost to performance without sacrificing image quality. It's the sort of technology that will make 60fps Microsoft Flight Simulator a possibility on a wide range of hardware, and that's awesome.
Microsoft Flight Simulator is available on PC and Xbox, and via Xbox Game Pass.
