And judging by that title you can probably guess that it's launch trailer is NSFW. As it features many a cartoon penis. Available now via Steam Early Access (but not in Australia or NZ), Genital Jousting is a multiplayer party game. Albeit, a weird and naughty one. In relation to it not being available in Australia, publisher Devolver Digital has basically not even bothered to submit it for classification. Due to the content.

It's also prohibited on Twitch.
