Yet more footage seemingly related to a new Prince of Persia game in development at Ubisoft has found its way online, this time by way of composer Mark Kilian. Five months ago, the musician posted what appears to be a prototype trailer for a game codenamed Osiris on his Vimeo page, which was only recently discovered by the NeoGAF forum sleuths (via Polygon):
A rough cut demo video featuring Kilian's music uncovered by NeoGAF member Gitarooman shows what appears to be concept art and motion capture sessions for Osiris, but no actual gameplay. A hero character is shown entering a violent mob, then pulling a victim away. Other scenes include a character performing incantations and a plague of insects. Artwork of an earthquake, ritual sacrifice and masked priest indicate an ancient Egypt setting.

The rough cut video, said to be commissioned by Ubisoft Montreal, notes that Osiris comes "from the studio that brought you Assassin's Creed."
Ubisoft has reportedly told Polygon that "The content in question was from a Ubisoft project that is no longer moving forward". The clip also appears similar in style to leaked Prince of Persia-related images that surfaced last August, which combined with yesterday's word from Ubi that the Prince of Persia franchise is "being paused", strongly suggests what we're seeing is the Prince game that never was.

That's clearly Ra from Stargate in the video.

Also one of the concept art is clearly a pyramid not in egypt.

A stargate game?
