As something of a resident bicycle hero, Andy "Butters" Bulmer was our obvious first choice for reviewing Le Tour de France (he was a champion paper boy, and rode competitive BMX as a kid before settling into grown-up bikes and riding crazy long-distances).

Fortunately for the game, he had a passion for its subject matter and thus pushed through its major shortcomings. Unfortunately for the game, this means anyone without a heavy interest in cycling or the Tour, it's going to be a hard slog to really sell.
