Outside of a seemingly generic name, Killsquad, this new sci-fi action-RPG from indie studio Novarama is shaping up to be well worth checking out. With a visul style that is one part Destiny and one part Warframe the isometric action-RPG looks to take the fast paced action of something like Diablo III and add space-age melee and ranged weapons.

The following video, with developer commentary, showcases some of the locations found, the classes, UI, and combat.

As an action-RPG the premise is all about loot, with players taking on the role of bounty hunters taking on contracts to various dangerous locales to snag some loot. There looks to be a heavy focus on co-op too, which is nice. Killsquad is set to debut via Steam Early Access on July 16. Built using the Unreal engine it's visually impressive even in this early state - and the developer plans to have a full release ready sometime next year, with PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions also coming.
