Tripwire Interactive has released a new trailer for their upcoming sequel to first-person zombie shooter Killing Floor, showing off "confidential specimen footage from Horzine Biotech," a fictitious evil corporation set in the Killing Floor universe.
The video was extracted from a series of "specimen training videos" utilised by Horizen Biotech's Security Force to further identify various types of zombies, or "zeds" in this case. According to Tripwire this will be the first in a series of videos revealing all the zombies players can expect in-game, with this trailer identifying five specimens: Clot, Slasher, Crawler, Cyst and Fleshpound. For those in Paris be aware that you now have zombies filling your underground pathways and causing destruction in the city streets.
Tripwire notes that the video was filmed entirely in-engine using actual game assets. Killing Floor 2 is in development for PC and SteamOS, and expected to have loadsamoney.
