Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures gets the thumbs up. It's different enough from other popular MMOs to stake its own claim in the genre. If you consider that there are two parts to an MMORPG, the initial purchase and the ongoing subscription – For an RPG fan, Age of Conan is well worthy of step one. Step two? Well that's up to you and the 30 days you get with the game should be plenty of time to figure that out.

The Bourne Conspiracy attempts to tie all three films together with some minor plot branching here and there and a focus on remaining true to the visual style of the films. However, it fails to do so and as a result of paralleling too close to the film offers nothing more than a rigid, confined gameplay experience

It’s easy to get lost in this game. There is so much to love here, regardless of my views or the views of others; you could spend days or years in Liberty City. It’s true we’re a ways off from having a definitively dynamic game-world; one where each and every action you make will affect, for good or bad, your overall experience, but for now, the term “sandbox” has found its benchmark in GTA IV.

There is a lot to love about Viking: Battle For Asgard. The Story is ripped right from Nordic mythology and the game’s richly detailed surroundings and great level design make it a treat to embody the persona of a Viking warrior from Midgard. It is difficult to overlook the game’s technical and inner-working shortcomings, but that being said, it’s still an immensely fun game.

From the moment you sit back and watch Fire Emblem’s opening sequence you know it’s going to be something epic. Sure it’s only visual claim to fame is that it now displays in 16:9 widescreen, but the anime-inspired cel-shaded full motion video is all the better for it (especially on my huge plasma); stunning imagery and a haunting melody combine to draw you into the tantalising world of Tellius before said melody bursts into a tribal war-inspired piece begging you to hit the start button and begin playing.
