FIFA 23 is set to launch on September 30 (or September 27 for those with the Ultimate Edition), and it's set to present the next evolution of the series across Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC. PS4 and Xbox One versions also coming, with 1v1 cross-play coming to both versions of the game.

Warframe developer Digital Extremes has announced Soulframe which will also be a free-to-play online action RPG. A similar sort of "hybrid-MMORPG" that is currently in early development. As per the cinematic reveal, this one features a high-fantasy setting - albeit with the same original art direction and tone found in Warframe.

A new post over at Xbox Wire is looking for Xbox Insiders on Windows PC to test some classic games from id Software and Bethesda, covering Heretic: Shadow of the Serpent Riders, HeXen: Beyond Heretic, HeXen: Deathkings of the Dark Citadel, The Elder Scrolls: Arena, and Quake Champions as they are being ported over to the Microsoft Store environment. This follows on from similar tests for Wolfenstein 3D.
