FIFA 23 is set to launch on September 30 (or September 27 for those with the Ultimate Edition), and it's set to present the next evolution of the series across Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC. PS4 and Xbox One versions also coming, with 1v1 cross-play coming to both versions of the game.

Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales are both coming to PC - with the first game set to drop on August 12. With Sony studio, Nixxes Software at the helm the PC versions are going all out in terms of aspect ratios, detail settings, and even ray-tracing. As Dusk Falls is a new interactive movie that meets TV crime drama with a very unique visual style. Available now on PC and Xbox consoles, and as a part of Xbox Game Pass, we played through its six hour-long episodes - making all the tough decisions along the way - to bring you this review.

Stray is a wonderful new single-player adventure that puts you in direct control of a cat exploring a futuristic cyber-city. It's one of the reasons a lot of people have jumped into it, it's a premise and setting that is just about irresistible. And even though the critical response has been extremely favourible, how real-world cats are becoming transfixed with the on-screen kitty is a sign that the developers have truly captured the movement and feel of a cat.

Forza Horizon 5 just got its first major expansion and it's safe to say that it's a pretty awesome one, with Hot Wheels adding new biomes and an impressive 212 kilometres of Hot Wheels tracks set high above the clouds in Mexico. There's also new story content with Hot Wheels: A History of Speed that covers the history of the little cars as you perform stunts and complete challenges.

From designing the original Wolfenstein 3D in 1992 at id Software through to Doom, Quake, and the troubled Daikatana, John Romero is a veteran of both PC game development and one of the creators of the FPS genre. Warframe developer Digital Extremes has announced Soulframe which will also be a free-to-play online action RPG. A similar sort of "hybrid-MMORPG" that is currently in early development. As per the cinematic reveal, this one features a high-fantasy setting - albeit with the same original art direction and tone found in Warframe.

A new post over at Xbox Wire is looking for Xbox Insiders on Windows PC to test some classic games from id Software and Bethesda, covering Heretic: Shadow of the Serpent Riders, HeXen: Beyond Heretic, HeXen: Deathkings of the Dark Citadel, The Elder Scrolls: Arena, and Quake Champions as they are being ported over to the Microsoft Store environment. This follows on from similar tests for Wolfenstein 3D.

The Division Resurgence has been built from the ground up for iOS and Android and it's pretty impressive to see an open world New York City ala the first game running on mobile hardware. As part of a new gameplay presentation we get a look at some free form action, though as a free-to-play third-person shooter RPG - we'll have to wait and see how the monetisation side pans out.
