A new PlayStation 5 State of Play stream is set to broadcast this Friday at 7am AEST and it's all about Horizon Forbidden West. The 20-minute presentation is set to feature around 14-minutes of gameplay from the highly anticipated sequel, alongside doubling as a next-gen PS5 showcase.

As per the teaser from last year's big hardware reveal Horizon Forbidden West looks stunning and sees protagonist Aloy venture into new territory.

"This reveal has been a true team effort and we’re very excited to show you what we have in store," writes Game Director Mathijs de Jonge. "Whether you’ve been with us and Aloy since Horizon Zero Dawn or are only just getting to know this incredible world, we want to share this huge milestone with you and cannot wait to see your favorite moments and reactions."
