Blizzard Entertainment has released some new video footage of Heroes of the Storm, the MOBA/ARTS game formerly known as Blizzard All-stars and Blizzard DotA. In the eight and a half minute clip, Blizzard community manager Kevin "Cloaken" Johnson narrates a walkthough of the games interface in its current alpha state, explaining features along the way and offering a few glimpses of gameplay -- including a scene with Diablo riding a pony.
Heroes represents more than 20 years of Blizzard gaming history, settings, and iconic characters, all mashed up into an epic, off-the-wall team brawler. Fight out classic showdowns such as Tyrael vs. Diablo and Arthas vs. Uther, or settle those late-night debates you’ve had about who’s the stronger leader—Raynor or Thrall? Could Zeratul take down Illidan in a fight? Who’s more badass . . . Kerrigan or the Demon Hunter from Diablo III? The combinations of Blizzard heroes and universes are endless.

Beta sign-ups are still currently open over at heroesofthestorm.com, but in true Blizzard style, there's still no word of a release date.
