Which you can download now if you opt into the beta program via Steam. But brace yourselves, because apart from fixing a game breaking bug associated with the When Freedom Calls quest-line, there really isn't all that much to this first patch. Click through for the remarkably light (definitely no Buffout or Bufftats required to lug all this junk back to Sanctuary here) patch notes.
Here's the skinny.
New Features:
- Number pad keys can now be used for remapping.
- Remapping Activate now works on Quick Container.
Fixes:
- General memory and stability improvements.
- Fixed issue where equipped weapons become locked after completing Reunions.
- Fixed issue with When Freedom Calls where the quest would not complete.
- During Confidence Man, fixed issue where player's health would continuously regenerate.
- Fixed crash related to jumping into water and reloading saved games.
- Fixed issue where Launcher would not save God Rays Quality setting properly.
For a game where glitches and bugs are part of the experience, this seems like a pretty non-essential update. Unless of course you're one of the unlucky few unable to progress the When Freedom Calls quest.
Bethesda will release a final version of the patch for PC in the upcoming days/weeks, with console releases to follow.

Jesus, they never fixed remapping breaking UI commands in Skyrim, even after 4 years. This is an outrage. :P
