Which is scheduled for 2:00am AEST on June 12, and as has been the tradition for a few years now will showcase a bunch of upcoming Nintendo Switch games, including a few surprises too. Though if you're expecting to hear about the rumoured Switch hardware revamp, these being two new models one cheaper and one more advanced, probably best to lower those expectations.

Same goes if you're expecting some sort of Metroid Prime 4 teaser. As per the announcement, "The presentation, which focuses entirely on software, will offer a look at games scheduled to launch in 2019." Maybe, whatever Retro Studios has been working on prior to taking over Metroid Prime 4 development in January. There's definitely room for Nintendo to have some sort of big release planned for later this year - something that we haven't heard about. With the Switch settled into a groove, the presentation will no doubt feature a stack of first-party, third-party, and indie titles.

Nintendo will also be bringing back Nintendo Treehouse: Live for another year which will stream live from the Nintendo booth at E3 each day of the show. All of the Nintendo E3 goodness, including the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate World Championship 2019 3v3 and the Splatoon 2 World Championship 2019 tournaments (kicking off Sunday June 9 at 4:00am AEST with with local Smash champs Ghost, SebPro101 and Ichigo and Splatoon 2 champs Lime Soda representing the green and gold) will be up at the official Nintendo E3 2019 Website.
