Dynamic weather is something that has been on the cards for Gran Turismo Sport for quite sometime, with the racer's PlayStation 4 debut back in late 2017 being pretty light when it came to variable racing conditions. In a new video showcasing Coque Lopez taking a Peugeot RCZ Gr.B Rally Car for a spin we get to see the first footage of rain in the game.

And outside of the ran droplets looking, well, "okay", hopefully this means a weather or Wet update is coming soon.

Naturally, rain in Gran Turismo Sport is more than a simple visual effect and will require the right tires in addition to dealing with the loss in traction. Currently the game has a single wet weather location so it's expected that the new effect will be made available across a wide range of tracks.
