The Open Beta for Ubisoft's upcoming Ghost Recon Breakpoint is set to run from September 26 - 30 (AEST) and follows the Closed Beta which took place earlier this month. Giving everyone a chance to squad up and check out the game ahead of the October 4 launch.

To celebrate Ubisoft has called upon the talents of director David Leitch (Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw and Deadpool 2) to create the following “Squad Up ft. Lil’ Wayne” video in a co-production with Minted Content.

It's, err, something.

Back to the Open Beta, players will be given access to more content than was available in the Closed Beta with three additional story missions and two new regions to explore. On the PvP front, Ghost War is returning with access to Elimination matches across four maps - PMC Camp, Port, Cold War Bunker and Harbor. The announcement notes that the team at Ubisoft has implemented a number of changes based on feedback received during the Closed Beta.
