Not due for release until next year, Red Barrels' sequel to the survival horror hit Outlast now has a demo available on PC and console until November 1. Described as a "a twisted new journey into the depths of the human mind and its dark secrets" you can be sure that it's chock full of moody lighting, creepy atmosphere, and scares aplenty. Which means playing this at night with the lights off, is the way to do it. And a way to soil your underpants.
The demo is available now via
Steam, and on the PlayStation and Xbox storefronts. And in bridging the story between the first game and the sequel Red Barrels are also offering up a free comic called The Murkoff Account that you can also
check out.
