Time to mark those next-generation calendars as
Microsoft is ready to debut the first gameplay footage of, well, games running on
Xbox Series X hardware. As part of the next
Inside Xbox stream set to take place on Friday May 8 at 1am AEST.
As per the announcement the focus will be on "next-gen gameplay from our global developers partners" so those looking for an in-depth Halo: Inifinite reveal will probably have to wait a little longer. On that front Xbox executive Aaron Greenberg
has added that "Xbox Game Studios teams are hard at work on some big summer plans", pointing to Microsoft's digital E3-style showcase that is reportedly taking place in June.
But, that's not to say we won't be getting the goods. Ubisoft has confirmed that the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla gameplay trailer will be a part of next week's Xbox Series X showcase after last nights epic cinematic debut. Alongside more third-party goodness no doubt.
