With Vault 94 set to open its giant door on August 20 offering up to four players a taste of raiding -
Fallout 76 style. As per the roadmap the raid will offer different missions on a weekly rotation with special rewards and armour recipes. This is all part of the Summer Roadmap for the game which also includes a new map coming to the battle-royale inspired Nuclear Winter mode.
Things kick-off next week though, with a seasonal Meat Week event featuring roaming Super Mutant vendor Grahm.
Although not on the top of everyone's list the addition of display cases for settlements is definitely welcome and is great for those that want to show off or put on display all the trinkets and goodies they find in their travels.
Of course this is all paving the way for the big Wastelanders update which is still on track for a November release. This is the update that introduces NPC factions like Raiders and Settlers and a new quest-line, with the appearance of other smaller groups like a band of Mothman worshipers too. According to Bethesda the dialogue system will be like the one seen on Fallout 3 as opposed to Fallout 4. Wastelanders is a major update to the game and will also bring with it a suite of new weapons and enemies - including Gauss rifles.
