Well, isn't this surprising. Looks like Christmas has come early, and by that we mean a new Fallout game has been announced with Bethesda Game Studios at the helm. Called Fallout 76 from we can gather from the teaser trailer is that it'll be set in 2102 (as seen on the Pip-Boy) and within the mysterious Vault 76.

Check it out!

So what do we know? Well, that it is a new Fallout game developed by Bethesda Game Studios. The "76" means that it's an off-shoot ala Fallout New Vegas and as per the footage see here utilise the Fallout 4 Engine. Apart from that not much really, other than some trivia from other games where Vault 76 was used as a control Vault set to be one of the first to open after the nuclear winter. And something in the teaser referred to as Reclamation Day.

Whatever the case we don't have long to wait to find out, as Fallout 76 will be at Bethesda's E3 Showcase on Monday June 11 at 11:30am.

I think the late night schedule is messing with your memory dude, you're forgetting your
Fallout lore.
The war began in 2077, the year after. If you pause and check the date on the pip-boy,
it says 2102, 25 years later.

Fallout 4 engine? You mean the Fallout 3 engine with larger texture files.
