Splash Damage has opened up beta registrations for Extraction, the upcoming free-to-play first person shooter from the Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, and Brink creators that was previously known as Dirty Bomb.

The Closed Beta proceedings are scheduled to kick off on October 1st 2013, and those that bought in to the original founders club promotion will obtain automatic access, while everyone else can try their luck via the usual sign-up form method.

If you don't know much about the game, the official website has some brief details and a few screenshots, but better than that: the always-informative video commentator TotalBiscuit posted his impressions on the game over the weekend, and you can check that out below.
