EA and BioWare have released an extended version of their "Take Earth Back" Mass Effect 3 trailer in the lead up to the game's release next month, and it's a doozie.
We already gave you a look at the shortened down original, but today's extended video comes in at around three and a half minutes and features some seriously awesome CG painting a dark and gritty picture of the invasion of Earth by the Reapers. Interestingly again, Shepard is accompanied by Ashley in this video, which leaves me questioning what's going to happen with my relationship with Miranda.
It'd be easier to browse the forum if all the content for each particular game was kept in 1 or 2 threads? Mass Effect already has 3 threads and the game isn't out yet. Kingdoms of Amalur had 3+ threads...

They're news posts for our front page news site. There's some long-intended changes that would tidy this up a bit for the forum purposes, but like a lot of things, it's on the mythical "todo list"
well over EAs trailer for a trailer bulls***. The extended trailer has about 20-30sec of new footage, the rest was spliced in from previous trailers
(excluding the footage from the trailer for this trailer, hopefully we get a directors cut release day trailer too)
Well ME2 was barely an RPG and the ME3 demo was even further dumbed down with an option to play with cutscenes and no conversation options -> Its hard to imagine that decisions will have a huge impact on outcomes if they are offering to opt out of that whole process, thus negating a lot of content for users playing that mode, if they had actually built an intricate storyline based on player actions.
I got the impression that choosing the "no conversations" option just automatically made the choices for you, so the game can still have an intricate story with lots of different things that happen based on your choices, its just if you choose to watch all the conversations as cutscenes it just chooses pre-defined choices and you only see that branch of the story.
