Following on from yesterday's impressive CG trailer that set the scene for Far Cry 3's plot foundation (dub step aside), Ubisoft has also released a new batch of screenshots that look pretty damn good.
There's not a lot of new information here barring visual confirmation that, once again, the series has taken us back to a tropical island setting and that we'll have lots of people to kill, and lots of things to blow up. Fine by us.
For a closer look at the new screens, click the thumbnails below, and if you missed yesterday's trailer, we've embedded here again just for you. Check it out.
What is this retarded fad lately with mixing in some Dubstep-esqe like music to a trailer to make it seem cooler?I love Dubstep but no, that trailer did not warrant it.Otherwise, top stuff. Looks sick!
Seems no different to putting twitter and facebook support in games, just getting on the bandwagon.

They do it with ads on TV too for CSI & s***. I guess dubstep is the new black.

Yeah, I saw the FB link in mw3. I guess it's cool when you're 12, to share with your mates how awesome you are at video games. When you're 50 though, and constantly auto posting about your massive kill streak, it makes you look like a massive loser.

He single handedly puts good game based films back about a decade or so.

I say, it better not look that bad on PC. Better have higher res textures and be sharper rendered. Also some of the models look a bit low quality.
Looks pretty but not up to snuff.
