Ubisoft has announced that Escape from Durgesh Prison, a new piece of Far Cry 4 downloadable content, will be available in early January of 2015.

The new time trial level starts with Ajay and Hurk waking up after being captured and tortured in Yuma’s prison. Players must complete a series of side quests dictacted by Pagan Min to find weapons and unlock new skills in order to survive Kyrat and safely reach the extraction point.

Escape from Durgesh Prison will be available in single player and co-op mode, with a few new challenges to up the difficulty level.

The content will be available as part of the Far Cry 4 Season Pass, or can be purchased separately for $10. It'll be out on PlayStation and Xbox consoles come January 14th, with PC getting it January 15th.
