Alternate history Nazi shooter Wolfenstein: The New Order is now available for pre-order via Steam, and to help sweeten the deal Valve has dealt a blow to all hat collectors by offering free Team Fortress 2 headgear to anyone plunking down cash early.

Those who can't quite help themselves in "collecting them all" will find that two TF2 items up for grabs: the Die Regime-Panzerung and the Der Maschinensoldaten-Helm. So classy, yet rather historic for battle in the cartoon world of Team Fortress 2.

Alongside the newly-revealed wearable headgear, a pre-order of Wolfenstein: The New Order also grants players access to a beta of id Software's next entry in the hallowed DOOM franchise. As mentioned previously however, that beta will only be available to PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One pre-orders. Sorry last-gen, looks like we are moving on!

Wolfenstein: The New Order will be launching for PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One come May 20th.
