Looks like the irresistible factor of Microsoft's subscription service Xbox Game Pass is about to get a whole lot... irresistebler. Yeah, with pricing and launch information for both the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S now out in the wild, we also got news that EA Play (formerly known as EA Access that offers up EA's catalogue of games), will become a part of Xbox Game Pass at no additional cost.
Yeah, this is pretty huge when you add up all the FIFA, Madden, Star Wars, and Titanfall that will appear in an instant.
With more than 60 EA games coming to Xbox Game Pass for PC and Console, including:
FIFA 20
MADDEN 20
Rocket Arena
Need For Speed Heat
Battlefield V
Burnout Paradise Remastered
Unravel Two
A Way Out
Star Wars Battlefront II
... and more
On the PC side you get the above plus access to classics like Dragon Age, Sim City 2000, Dead Space, and Command & Conquer.
Though it's worth noting that unlike first-party Xbox Game Studios titles hitting the service on day one, brand-new EA titles like FIFA 21 and MADDEN 21 will be available for trial-only as they're added later in the cycle.
Still, great value considering the addition wont affect current Xbox Game Pass pricing. EA Play is set to become a part of Xbox Game Pass this holiday.
