Scheduled to be a launch title for the PlayStation 4 in Japan, Evolution Studio's next-gen racing title DriveClub has been once again delayed, pushing the title past the February 22nd date.

According to Japanese website Inside Games (via Kotaku), the reason given for the delay is due to "various circumstances." It is unclear if this delay affects only the Japanese launch, or whether this includes the Western launch which was scheduled for sometime in "early 2014".

DriveClub was originally suppose to be a launch title for the original launch of the PlayStation 4, but at that time was delayed until this year. "DriveClub will be a truly innovative, socially connected racing game," Sony's Shuhei Yoshida wrote last fall, "but the team requires more time in order to deliver on their vision—and I'm fully confident the game will surpass your expectations.
