With a crisp new trailer chock full of Slayer-action arriving today. As one of the most critically acclaimed first-person shooter in years, id Software's DOOM Eternal took the foundation of the 2016 original and delivered a masterclass in action. Plus, it delivered a bigger and more expansive DOOM-verse to explore, which looks to be heading to a demon-infested water-planet in the game's first campaign expansion The Ancient Gods: Part One.

As per the trailer we the return of familiar demons including -- gulp -- Marauders, alongside the Khan Maykr. This is the first of a two-part narrative expansion planned for DOOM Eternal.
