Today's DiRT 4 announcement from Codemasters & Bandai Namco Entertainment is certainly a welcome one, as last year's rally effort from the studio was quite exceptional. Coming in June for consoles and PC, DiRT 4 will let players race around in five rally locations filled to the brim with routes. And one of those locations is Australia. Strewth! Here's the thing, if the success of Forza Horizon 3 means that all future racing games will include a bunch of tracks set in Australia, then that's a case of, "You bloody rippa!"

Assuming of course, that's how that saying goes.

DiRT 4 will be out June 9 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC/Steam.
