During Nintendo's E3 2014 briefing yesterday, it was revealed that Devil's Third -- the long-in-development project from Ninja Gaiden creator Tomonobu Itagaki that survived the THQ bankruptcy saga -- is now coming as a Wii U exclusive.
As the E3 expo rolls on, Gamespot landed some quality time with Itagaki-san, as well as former THQ VP Danny Bilson -- who is now working with Itagaki's Japanese Studio Valhalla Games to promote the title -- for a walkthrough of over 20 minutes of gameplay action.
On display are both scenes from the over-the-top single-player campaign, as well as some crazy wacky multiplayer action that includes some mechanics that could have only come from the minds of Japanese developers, like a fruit-based game mode where mercenaries carry about watermelons trying to fill their giant blenders before the opposition.
