As you take control of anti-hero Desmond, and his demon-powered arm to punch and fight his way through all manner of angels and demons. Developed by a new studio out of Poland called Layopi Games there's a definite Devil May Cry vibe to Devil's Hunt. And sure, it may not lack the polish or immediate style of the most recent DMC - it could be one to keep an eye on.

The PC release is dated for September 17 - with a PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch version due Q1 2020. Here's the latest trailer which showcases some of the story, action, and it's overall familiarity to other 'anti-hero takes on demons with demonic powers' games.

Step into the designer shoes of Desmond, your not-so-friendly neighbourhood anti-hero and general Miami nuisance. Turns out, he’s forged a deal with the devil and is firmly planted in the middle of a cosmic struggle between angels and demons. With the fate of humankind hanging in the balance, Desmond must come to grips with his demonic new powers as he literally punches his way through hell, taking down all manner of fearsomely angelic and demonic creatures.

According to the info provided players will get to choose what side to fight for, which sounds like a pretty cool mechanics for a DMC-style action-game.
