Considering we've already had a decent look at Darksiders 2 gameplay, we're not sure why months later, THQ have reverted to the cinematic teaser form of trailer, but that's what we have for you today -- a new, very brief CG clip featuring the game's star character: Death.
Darksiders II follows the exploits of DEATH, one of the four horsemen of the Apocalypse, in a weaving tale that runs parallel to the events in the original Darksiders game. This epic journey propels DEATH through various light and dark realms as he tries to redeem his brother WAR, the horseman who was blamed for prematurely starting the Apocalypse in Darksiders.

It's not terribly exciting, but let's hope this means THQ is going to share more details about the game very soon. You can find out most of what we do already know in this developer interview from a few months back.
