Steam's annual week-long Summer Sale promotion
kicked off today with deep discounts across the platform, and one of the titles among the first daily deals stood out.
Capcom recently revealed that the formerly Xbox One exclusive open world zombie brawler Dead Rising 3 would be making its way to PC, and today they've not only revealed a September 5th 2014 release date for the port, but its pre-order price of US$49.99 has temporarily been discounted 25% to US$37.49 as part of the Steam Sale (thanks
VG247).
The official
Capcom Unity blog also points to this
Steam community post featuring a couple of video downloads intended to show off the 60 frames-per-second gameplay the PC version will offer over the 30FPS capped Xbox One outing.
