And they're fairly modest -- with CD Projekt RED noting that the "recommended" spec for the highly anticipated Cyberpunk 2077 requires a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD Radeon R9 Fury graphics card. No word on what resolution or frame-rate this refers too but we assume its 1080p and with console-like settings. Hit the jump for the full hardware breakdown.

Interestingly Cyberpunk 2077 is recommending an SSD for storage across both specs -- though the 70GB install size is impressive in how it's not in the 100GB+ range we've seen in high-profile PC releases of late.
MINIMUM:
OS: Windows 7 or 10
Processor: Intel Core i5-3570K or AMD FX-8310
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 or AMD Radeon RX 470
DirectX: Version 12
Storage: 70 GB available space
Additional Notes: SSD recommended

RECOMMENDED:
OS: Windows 10
Processor: Intel Core i7-4790 or AMD Ryzen 3 3200G
Memory: 12 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD Radeon R9 Fury
DirectX: Version 12
Storage: 70 GB available space

With Cyberpunk 2077 supporting DirectX 12 with ray-tracing and DLSS for NVIDIA GeForce RTX cards, the above doesn't include the next-gen like visuals the game will feature exclusively on PC. At least, at launch.

For those wondering how the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 will stack up, odds are the answer to that is "with ease". As per our review (where we also tested the impressive MSI GeForce RTX 3080 Gaming X Trio and the ZOTAC GeForce RTX 3080 Trinity) games running on modern APIs like DirectX 12 showed the biggest gains over previous gen cards.

Either way it looks like Cyberpunk 2077 will scale well across a wide range of hardware.

Cyberpunk 2077 is out November 19 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. With backwards compatibility support confirmed at launch for both the Xbox Series X and S and PlayStation 5.
