Cyberpunk 2077 Just Got an Official Mod Tool for PC and it Sounds Awesome

Cyberpunk 2077 REDmod is a new bit of downloadable content for the PC version of the game (available here on Steam), and it will no doubt open the door to Cyberpunk 2077 mods in a big way. CD Project RED notes that it can be used to "modify and create your own experiences in Cyberpunk 2077" covering animation, sound, scripting, and more.

Very cool, and very Bethesda in terms of games like Skyrim and Fallout 4 supporting creators in making brand new RPG experiences and sometimes even completely new games.

How REDmod works

REDmod allows users to create mods for Cyberpunk 2077. It can be used separately in the command line, or integrated through into the WolvenKit mod editor. We recommend using WolvenKit for the best experience and ease of use.

REDmod will be constantly updated alongside updates for Cyberpunk 2077 to ensure ongoing compatibility.
