If you grew up with a Sony PlayStation in the '90s then chances are you played your fair share of Crash Bandicoot. Which was the platforms answer to the likes of Mario and Sonic in a time when a console needed a colourful mascot in order to be taken seriously. Developed by Naughty Dog who would later go on to create the Uncharted series, Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy sees the first three Crash games remastered and recreated for PlayStation 4.

And it looks good.

Now, Crash was no Mario 64, but it still managed to become a huge part of '90s gaming. So this is something that you've probably spent time playing on the weekend. If so, let us know what you think!

Containing remastered versions of Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back and Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped it's available now for $69.95 AUD.
