The Corsair K70 RGB PRO Mechanical Gaming Keyboard might be a little old-school with its desk-filling size. But, it’s definitely a keyboard of the moment - designed to deliver comfort and performance, with an excellent suite of features.

The Corsair K70 RGB PRO Mechanical Gaming Keyboard is a full-sized wired mechanical keyboard, and as such Corsair has decided to go all out in terms of its physical design and additional features. There are the dedicated media controls and snap-on wrist rest as highlighted in the intro above, but you’d also got spots for buttons dedicated to profiling switching, changing the RGB brightness, and even doing the “lock it down” thing to disable Windows and apps interfering when you’re gaming.

As a Corsair product, the K70 RGB PRO is game-first and then some, with an additional switch at the back to disable Corsair’s own iCUE software and extended RGB customisation in lieu of pure low-latency keyboard action. The build quality is exceptional too, with an aluminum top plate sitting on a hard plastic casing. The keys themselves have a great feel, and the Cherry MX Red Switches are up there in terms of performance with an impressive 100 million keystrokes guaranteed.
