With the release including both the Rise & Fall and Gathering Storm expansions in a full featured Civilization VI bundle for Xbox One and PlayStation 4. This marks the series long-awaited return to Sony and Microsoft consoles, since the underrated Civilization Revolutions. A streamlined Civ that we'd love to see make a return in some form.

But yeah, Civilization VI on console is the real deal - the classic and iconic city builder and strategy game that coined the phrase "one more turn".



It will be interesting to see how the transition works, especially after the solid Nintendo Switch release from a little while back.
